Fromo the experience of my buddy:
- clay brick outer leaf
- 100mm cavity with 50mm insulation to inside face
- block (medium density) inner leaf
- plasterboard lining inside
- Ground floor: concrete slad (over dump proof membrane and hardcore/sand base)
- Intermitient floors: (for small and medium buildings) timber joists with plasterboard ceilings under and boardings over
- Foundation: raft or pile construction
- Roof: pitched roof construction with timber trusses as primary structure and insulation
